Our experience with Berenice could not have been better! From the beginning to the end she did all the right things:
*She listed the house at a price the market could support, so we soon had an offer, even though we were already past the peak summer season. *She hired a professional photographer who took great pictures and the house showed beautifully on the MLS, which brought in the buyers. *Within a short time we had two offers. We accepted the "better" one, but that buyer later backed out. Berenice quickly contacted the other buyers. They were still interested, and a contract was negotiated. *She displayed great negotiation skills which moved the transaction to closing. *All the while, she was super friendly, attentive, patient, and pleasant to work with.
